Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

By using Jolt Host you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Jolt Host is

Jolt Host is a file hosting service that lets you upload an HTML file, Markdown document, or ZIP archive and instantly get a public URL. Uploads are temporary and expire automatically.

Acceptable use

You may use Jolt Host to share any lawful content. You must not upload, host, or distribute content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
  • Contains malware, exploits, or other malicious code
  • Is used for phishing, fraud, or deceptive purposes
  • Harasses, threatens, or harms others
  • Violates the privacy of any individual

We reserve the right to remove any upload and terminate access for violations of these rules, without notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant Jolt Host a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences of making it publicly accessible.

No registration required

Most features of Jolt Host do not require an account. Where accounts exist (e.g. dashboard access), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account or owner tokens with others.

Service availability

Jolt Host is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any upload will persist until its stated expiry. Do not rely on Jolt Host as your only copy of important files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolt Host and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
